Answering your questions

About types of cleaning, equipment, cleaning chemicals and how we organise the work

To start, we study the space and your needs. Then we put together the right schedule and team. Regular cleaning for businesses is delivered systematically and with quality control.

Of course. We draw up a contract, provide the supporting documents and accept payment by bank transfer. It is the usual, practical setup for working with companies.

We ask for photos of the apartment or the furniture so we can size up the scope and complexity in advance. Even with a fixed price, properties differ in layout and how dirty they are. Photos help us pin down the right crew size, working time and supplies — so the price and the result match expectations.

The lead cleaner or the account manager oversees the process. Client feedback then helps us keep office and commercial-space cleaning at a consistently high level.

A standard maintenance clean includes our CleanBox set — professional chemicals, cloths, a brush and a mop. We usually use the client’s vacuum cleaner. If you don’t have one, we can bring a professional vacuum as an add-on (please arrange this in advance).

Yes — it is safe to stay in the space. We use professional products suitable for residential interiors, food-service venues and healthcare facilities. We work with eco-friendly products bearing the “Ecolabel” mark. That said, allergic reactions are individual, so we want to be upfront: we cannot give a full guarantee. The most important thing is not to interrupt the team so they can finish the job safely and to a high standard.

Maintenance cleaning starts from 2 hours, depending on the area and the tasks. Deep cleaning and post-renovation cleaning take 6–9 hours. We size the team so that everything is finished within a day. In rare cases, a particularly demanding cleaning can take 2–3 days — we always tell you about that in advance.

For deep cleaning and post-renovation cleaning we always use Kärcher and Nilfisk professional vacuums and the Kärcher SC5 Premium steam cleaner. Additional equipment — such as the Santoemma Sabrina extractor or the Wirbel rotary machine — is used as needed or as part of specialised services.
